and competitive SEC Tournament women’s soccer match on Sunday afternoon
as the match between the two rivals was decided in penalty kicks after the
two teams were tied 0-0 after regulation and two overtime periods.[/size][/size]

Ole Miss won the penalty shootout and advanced in the tournament,
but the penalty kicks were far from the most interesting thing to happen in the game
as a wild fight broke out between the bitter conference rivals.

Toward the end of the second overtime period,
Ole Miss’ Ramsey Davis seemed to take exception with a steal attempt from LSU’s Maya Gordon.
As Gordon tried to take the ball from her, Davis grabbed her by the
waist promoting Gordon to retaliate with a punch. Davis quickly punched back, starting an all-out brawl.[/size]
