Sobre su carrera
Su carrera comenzó en el 2006 con el vídeo musical Typhoon "I'll wait".
Su primer papel televisivo fue en el 2007 cuando apareció en First Wives'
Club por la que ganó un premio Estrella Nueva en los premios SBS Drama
del 2008. Destacado por sus papeles en las series de televisión The Equator
Man, I Am Legend y House of Bluebird, City Hunter y el drama chino Fairy
Tale in Half.
Para su rol de Oh Young Seok para el drama Designated Survivor: 60 Days
reveló que perdió 9 kilogramos para poder interpretar al personaje de la mejor
manera. En el 2020 se unió al elenco principal de la serie 365: Repeat the Year
(también conocida como "365: A Year of Defying Fate") donde interpretó a Ji
Hyung Joo, un detective de la unidad de crímenes violentos.
